Description
Arm Or Ally Thread Protector for Glock Barrels | 1/2×28
Protect the exposed muzzle threads on a compatible threaded 9mm Glock barrel with a precisely machined 1/2×28 thread protector. It provides a clean, finished profile whenever a suppressor, compensator, or other muzzle device is not installed.
Machined from high-quality 416R stainless steel, the protector is stress relieved and heat treated to RC 40-42 for strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to routine wear. Its steel construction provides a durable barrier against impacts, carbon buildup, dirt, and debris that could otherwise damage or contaminate exposed barrel threads.
An integrated O-ring retention system adds tension between the protector and barrel shoulder, helping reduce loosening during unsuppressed firing. The protector can still be removed by hand when changing to a compatible suppressor, compensator, or other muzzle accessory.
The compact profile closely follows the outside diameter of compatible Glock barrels for a streamlined appearance with minimal added muzzle length. Compatibility is determined by the barrel’s thread pitch and muzzle dimensions, so confirm that the barrel uses 1/2×28 threads before installation.
